The Oldenburg-International Show Jumping Horse Breeding Association (Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International e.V.) cordially invites its members to the General Meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the Oldenburg Horse Center in Vechta. The meeting is expected to begin around 7:30 p.m.
Starting at 8:00 a.m. that day, the stallion pre-selection for this year’s OS licensing will take place. We are delighted by the enthusiastic response to this year’s pre-selection and would like to experience this special day together with our members and breeders. You are cordially invited to watch the stallion pre-selection on site and take the opportunity to network with fellow breeders and association representatives.
Following the stallion pre-selection, the general meeting will begin, if possible around 7:30 p.m. Depending on how the pre-selection proceeds, the start time may be slightly delayed.
Dirk Demeersman Introduces Himself
A special highlight of the evening will be the personal introduction of Dirk Demeersman, the new member of the OS Breeding Commission. The Belgian Olympic rider and internationally experienced horseman will also speak on the topic “Show Jumping Breeding Then and Now from the Perspective of an Olympic Rider.”
