The two Oldenburg dancers, La Jolie SW OLD and Schatzmeister MZ, have qualified for the final of the seven-year-old dressage horses at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden with outstanding performances.

La Jolie SW OLD, born in 2019, by Escamillo out of St.Pr.St. Laissez-Fair by Londonderry, bred and trained by Sabine Wehle of Rabenau, danced her way to victory in the small final under Carina Scholz. With this win, the pair qualified for the grand final on Sunday. La Jolie was awarded the Oldenburg Main Premium Candidacy as part of her mare performance test. Her siblings, Dottore W and Di Lorenzo by De Niro, are successful in the advanced class.

Schatzmeister MZ OLD, born in 2019, by Secret out of the Elite/Oldenburg Premium Mare Elfenperle by De Niro, breeder: Ewald Grotelüschen, Wardenburg; owners: Mandy Zimmer, Luxembourg, and Ann-Christin Wienkamp, impressed with a fourth-place finish in the qualifier. His dam, Elfenperle, was awarded the 1g premium at the Elite Mare Show in Rastede. Her son, Independent by Ibiza, was presented as a premium stallion last year at the Oldenburg Stallion Days at the Vechta Equestrian Center, and his full sister, Ewald’s Elfe, was the celebrated champion foal at the German Foal Championship in Lienen.
