The CSI***** in Riesenbeck, once again a venue of the Global Champions Tour this year, provided a first-class stage for the world's best show jumpers – and the Oldenburg horses made the most of the opportunity. From the Global Champions League and the Youngster Tour to the German U25 Championship qualifiers, they collected numerous victories, podium finishes and top results at the highest level.

Caletta, OS, born 2013, by Christian out of Goldregen by Gotthardsen, breeder and owner: Egbert Ostermann, Löningen, shone under Henrike Ostermann in two 1.50 m classes, the second and third qualifiers of the German U25 Championship, claiming bronze and tenth place respectively. The pair finished eleventh overall.

Calido’s Blue, OS, born 2017, by Chacoon-Blue out of Calido’s Girl by Calido I, breeder: Dieter Bloms, Halverde, owner: Clara Blau, and Clara Blau placed fourth in a 1.45 m class, the opening qualifier of the German U25 Championship.

Caramia, OS, born 2017, by Chacoon Blue out of Cala de Or by Landjonker, breeder: Aloya Lampe, Dwergte, owner: Hi Hopes Farm, LLC, secured thirteenth place in a 1.45 m class with the American rider Alise Oken Crooks. Caramia received the OS Main Premium qualification in 2021.

Cardi MT, OS, born 2018, by Conthargos out of Christina by Christian, breeder: Harm Oncken, Sande, owner: MK Sporthorses Max Kühner, and Max Kühner finished seventh and eighteenth in two 1.40 m classes of the Youngster Tour and thirteenth in the final, a 1.45 m class. Her half-brother Casper by Chacoon Blue also enjoys international placings at advanced level under Patrick Bölle. Both horses were discovered at the Oldenburg Horse Centre Vechta and sold through the Elite Foal Auction and the Autumn Elite Auctions respectively.

Carlo, OS, born 2018, by Conthargos out of My Lady by Mylord Carthago - Crawford, breeder: Harm Oncken, Sande, owner: Hermann Klaas, jumped to fifteenth and twenty-first place in two 1.40 m Youngster Tour classes under Marco Kutscher. Carlo was discovered at the 2018 Elite Foal Auction in Vechta.

Carter, OS, born 2013, by Christian out of No father's girl, breeder and owner: Böckmann Pferde GmbH, Lastrup, impressed with Leonie Böckmann, finishing sixth in a 1.45 m class. Dam No father's girl was highly placed in Nations Cups under Gilbert Böckmann. She also produced the advanced-level performers Ziggy Stardust by Lord Pezi Junior, Lobster Mobster by Lukanec and Flo Jo by Fire and Ice J.

Casino Grande, born 2012, by Casino Berlin out of Baccara by Contact Me - Landadel, breeder and owner: Gerd Sosath, Lemwerder, and Hendrik Sosath finished ninth in a 1.45 m class. Casino Grande was awarded second Reserve Champion at his licensing in the Oldenburg Horse Centre Vechta in 2014. His granddam is the Elite mare Bold-Fantasy, who also produced the former Oldenburg Champion Stallion and influential dressage sire Stedinger by Sandro Hit, successful up to Intermediaire I, as well as the licensed stallion Donninger by Donnerschwee.

Chabrello PS, OS, born 2016, by Chac Boy out of Rebecca by Andiamo Z, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Schou Absolute Horses, impressed under Italy's Emanuele Gaudiano with fifth place in a 1.45 m class. Dam Rebecca produced a licensed son by Chacoon Blue. She also produced the advanced-level horses Chacciana, Chanimo and Chaccobel by Chacco-Blue, Casabella PS by El.H. Casallco and Chacdiamo PS, the full brother of Chabrello PS.

Chacco-Conno PS, OS, born 2015, by Chacco-Blue out of Conna by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Mario Onate, Mexico, flew to victory in a 1.40 m class and fifth place in a 1.45 m class with the Argentinian Ignacio Maurin.

Chacco’s Air PS, OS, born 2015, by Chacco-Blue out of Concona by Conthargos, breeder and owner: Gestüt Lewitz, finished seventh in a 1.50 m class under Italy's Emanuele Camilli. Dam Concona celebrated international success in five-star classes under Ben Maher. She also produced Tailormade Chaccothargo by Chacco-Blue and Diatencona PS by Diatendro, both internationally placed up to three-star level.

Chacoothargos PS OLD, OS, by Chacoon Blue out of Conthina by Conthargos - Armitage - Baloubet du Rouet, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Nista AG, and Emilia Löser finished fifth in a 1.45 m class and thirteenth in a 1.40 m class. Granddam Aloubette was herself successful up to 1.40 m under Florian Meyer zu Hartum.

Chakatol Boy PS, OS, born 2017, by Chac Boy out of Stakkessa by Stakkatol, breeder and owner: Gestüt Lewitz, finished sixth in a 1.45 m class with Patrick Stühlmeyer.

Champus OT, OS, born 2017, by Chaccato out of Amira OT by Armitage, breeders: ZG Thöle und Ostermann, Löningen, owners: Agnes Thöle and Maria Ostermann, and Henrike Ostermann finished twelfth in a 1.45 m class and fourteenth in a 1.40 m class.

Chalou's Love PS, OS, born 2012, by Diablo Blanco (Chacco Lover) out of Gambella by Conterno-Grande, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Anna Christina Gansauer, finished ninth in a 1.60 m class with Italy's Emanuele Gaudiano.

Chaquitos PS, OS, born 2013, by Chacco-Blue out of Conquita by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: José María Larocca, and Philipp Weishaupt finished thirteenth in a 1.45 m class.

Chatolinue PS, OS, born 2013, by Diablo Blanco out of Stanezza by Stakkatol, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Karlswood Partners, Ireland, led the lap of honour under Ireland's Cian O'Connor after winning a 1.60 m class. Dam Stanezza also produced the advanced-level successful Continezzo PS by Continental Blue.

Ride Smart Chevalier de Blue, OS, born 2008, by Chacco-Blue out of Caroll by Capitol I, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owners: Jochen Ripploh and Karen Tillmann, Rheine, impressed with Paul Ripploh in two 1.50 m classes, the second and third qualifiers of the German U25 Championship, finishing eighth and tenth respectively, as well as ninth overall.

Comcador OLD, OS, born 2015, by El.H. Comme il faut out of Aypicarda by Duke of Hearts xx - Picard, breeder: Karl-Heinz Auffarth, Ganderkesee, owners: Nikolaus Prinz von Croy and Michael Viehof, and Sandra Auffarth claimed eighth place in a 1.45 m class.

Cornet’s Esmeray PS, OS, born 2017, by Cornet Obolensky out of Chacco's Esmera by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Cobo Ingenieria Y Servicios, Spain, celebrated fifth place in a 1.60 m class with Denmark's Zascha Nygaard.

Dorette OLD, born 2009, by Dollar Du Murier out of Foxy Brown by Fighting Alpha - Latus II - Ahorn Z - Cor de la Bryere, breeder: Stefan Leue, Rottstock, owner: Ashford Farm BV, Belgium, and Marlon Modolo Zanotelli triumphed with the Basel Cosmopolitans team in the Global Champions League, a 1.60 m class, and finished fourth in the individual competition. Her brother Sherlock Holmes by Stalypso is also internationally successful at advanced level.

Dumbledore, OS, born 2018, by Dia Corrado out of Calimba by Cornet Obolensky, breeder: Zuchthof Rene Tebbel, Emsbüren, owner: Sportpferde Rene Tebbel GmbH, finished twelfth in a 1.45 m class under Justine Tebbel. Dam Calimba celebrated victories and placings up to 1.45 m level. Both her son Like Cornet by Like Angel and Dumbledore received positive licensing decisions.

Emelie van de Mirania Stam, OS, born 2012, by Emerald out of Phirania by Concorde - Rigoletto, breeder: Gestüt Appenriede, Winkelsett, owners: Annette Beckmann and Marcus Willem Stiekema, Löningen, delighted with Johanna Beckmann, finishing eighth in a 1.45 m class, the opening qualifier of the German U25 Championship, and ninth in a 1.50 m class, the second qualifier. Bred to Arezzo, dam Phirania produced the licensed stallion Almaretto S.

Esmeralda, OS, born 2017, by Emerald van het Ruytershof out of Vulcane La Tour by Ogano Sitte, breeder: Gestüt Eichenhain GmbH, owners: Annette Beckmann and Johanna Beckmann, and Johanna Beckmann claimed bronze in a 1.40 m class and finished thirteenth in a 1.45 m class. Esmeralda was discovered at the Oldenburg Special Edition Winter.

Firefly, born 2016, by For Pleasure out of Virginia by Colman, breeder: Peter Wernke, Holdorf, owner: Rucker Sportpferde GmbH & Co. KG, impressed under Switzerland's Lea Rucker with fourth place in a 1.40 m class. His siblings Springfield by Stakkato Gold, Felix and Fridolin van Voßberg by Forry Deluxe are also successful at advanced level.

Flo Jo, OS, born 2017, by Fire and Ice J out of No father's girl, breeder and owner: Böckmann Pferde GmbH, Lastrup, finished twelfth in a 1.40 m class with Leonie Böckmann.

Harald im Glück, OS, born 2018, by Highway TN out of Imandra I by Sir Shostakovich xx, breeder: Ingeborg Karstens-Block, Hagen, owners: Eva Menninger-Stöss and Matthaeus Stöss, finished fourteenth in a 1.40 m class under Portugal's Ricardo Valadas Coelho. Imandra I also produced the licensed stallion Aco Sirco by Acorado as well as the advanced-level horses Alsakeb by Lavaletto, Caspar by Chilento and Leonardo by Loran.

Kimba, OS, born 2018, by Karajan out of Santa Fee by Semper Fi, breeder: Wilhelm Ovelhey, Isernhagen, owner: Sleepy P Ranch BV, Netherlands, earned bronze in the Youngster Tour Final, a 1.45 m class, as well as fourteenth and sixteenth place in two 1.40 m Youngster Tour classes under the American Lucas Porter.

Sorentino, OS, born 2016, by Stakkato Gold out of Loretta by Lorentin I, breeder: Gerhard Reitze, Gudensberg, owner: Gestüt Sprehe GmbH, won silver in a 1.40 m class with Tobias Meyer. Sorentino was licensed.

Vana Reval, OS, born 2016, by Valentino out of Lamara by Great Pleasure, breeder and owner: Hendrik Pilkes, Kirchseelte, and Felizitas Judith impressed with fifth place in a 1.50 m class, the third qualifier of the German U25 Championship, as well as eighth overall. Bred to Viscount, dam Lamara also produced the OS Main Premium mare Very Special.

Velvet-Blue PS, OS, born 2015, by Vivant van de Heffinck out of Chatharga by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Philipp Siegel, finished thirteenth in a 1.50 m class, the third qualifier of the German U25 Championship, under Sina Schütze.

Viarca PS, OS, born 2016, by Vivant van de Heffinck out of Diarca by El.H. Diarado, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Karel Cox Horses, secured twelfth place in a 1.40 m class with Britain's Millie Allen. Dam Tailormade Diarca PS was herself successful in international advanced classes under Søren Pedersen. She is also the dam of the advanced-level horses Ciara PS and Cadira PS, both by Conthargos, as well as Shiarado SZ by Shere Khan du Banney.

Vigakata PS, OS, born 2012, by Vigo D’Arsouilles out of Stavari by Stakkato - Calvaro - Quick Star - Grannus, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Sleepy P Ranch BV, USA, celebrated bronze and tenth place in two 1.40 m classes under the American Lucas Porter.
