At the CSIO*** in Kronenberg, the Netherlands, Charleston - H delivered the standout performance of the weekend, leading Belgium to victory in the Nations Cup before claiming silver in the Grand Prix. Numerous other OS horses also impressed with top performances at international level.
Chajanna-Carla PS, OS, born 2017, by Chacoon Blue out of Siljanna by Kannan, breeder and owner: Gestüt Lewitz, finished fifth in a 1.40 m class under Sweden’s Karin Martinsen. Her siblings Chacanno JRA by Chacco-Blue, Chuck Bass by Centadel, Dikanno PS by Diarado’s Boy and Miss Kanilvia PS by Messenger are all successful at advanced level. Her full brother Cha-Kanno PS was licensed.
Charleston - H, OS, born 2017, by elite stallion Comme il faut out of Zanta Z by Zandor – Capitol I – Caletto II, breeder: Karel Cox Horses BV, Belgium, owner: Johannes Heinrichs, led the Belgian team to victory under Roy van Beek in the Nations Cup, a 1.50 m class. The pair also claimed silver in the Grand Prix, a four-star competition. Dam Zanta Z was herself successful at advanced level with Katharina Offel.
Tailormade Concha Balou, OS, born 2012, by Conthargos out of Pia Blue by Chacco-Blue, breeder and owner: Tailormade Horses ApS, Denmark, and Karin Martinsen jumped to silver in a 1.50 m class and twelfth place in a 1.45 m class. Her full sister Pia Contra competes successfully at five-star level.
Conthargo-Blue, OS, born 2012, by Conthargos out of Carusa by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Yeguada Valbanera S.L., celebrated bronze in the Nations Cup, a 1.50 m class, with Spain’s Álvaro González de Zarate Fernandez and the Spanish team. Dam Carusa has produced four additional advanced-level jumpers, including Iron Dames Casa Blue PS by elite stallion Casallco.
Dancing Queen, OS, born 2015, by Darshan out of Rita de la Sauvagere by Papillon Rouge, breeder: Gestüt Eichenhain GmbH, Blender, owner: Linde Equestrian, Denmark, finished sixth in a 1.45 m class under Dutch rider Lars Kersten.
Dialoubet Blue PS, OS, born 2017, by Diaron out of Chalita by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Gugler Sport Horses GmbH & Co. KG, and Zascha Nygaard secured fifteenth place in a 1.45 m class. His half-sister Tailormade Cenalla by Centadel is successful in 1.40 m classes.
Diamant de Quidam - H OLD, born 2013, by Diamant de Semilly out of Quaprice by Quidam de Revel – Pilot – Landgraf I – Calypso II, breeder: Michael Kotter, Tettenweis, owner: Johannes Heinrichs, Gangelt, placed fourteenth in a 1.50 m class with Roy van Beek. The striking bay stallion was crowned OS Champion Stallion at the 2015 Oldenburg licensing before selling for a top price at the subsequent stallion auction. He has since sired numerous top-priced auction horses in Vechta. Granddam Princessa also produced the advanced-level jumpers Clayton by Clinton and For You by For Pleasure, both ridden by Dominik Broich.
Miss Paris Blue Olsen Stables, OS, born 2017, by Chac Boy out of Miss Paris by Messenger, breeder: Tailormade Horses ApS, Denmark, owner: Thalita Gorri Olsen De Almeida, Brazil, finished fourteenth in a 1.45 m class under France’s Dylan Ringot. Her dam Miss Paris competes successfully in four-star classes with Oliver Lazarus.
