As part of the Oldenburg State Championships powered by DERBY, the new OS champions among four- to five-year-old show jumpers were crowned on Saturday. The best young show jumpers impressed with their ability, caution, and rideability, and impressively underscored the high performance level of OS breeding.
OS Championship for Four-Year-Old Show Jumpers, Class L Show Jumping Competition:
In the OS Championship for four-year-old show jumpers, held as a Class L show jumping competition, Diarazzo, OS, born in 2022, by Diablue PS out of Queen by Quattro B, bred by: Linda Roling, Spahnharrenstätte, owners: BG Stevens/Rieskamp-Gödeking/Ehning, and Maximilian Wurster, the championship title. The talented young stallion had already attracted attention as a premium stallion at his 2025 licensing at the Oldenburg Horse Center in Vechta and has now confirmed his outstanding quality.
The silver medal was won by Cassiano PS, OS, born in 2022, by Chacoon Blue out of Rebecca by Andiamo Z, bred and trained by Gestüt Lewitz, ridden by Alexa Stais. The dam, Rebecca, has already proven herself to be an exceptional performance broodmare. Among her five S-level successful offspring to date are Chacdiamo PS by Chac Boy, ridden by Patrick Stühlmeyer and placed internationally up to S** show jumping; Casabella PS by El.H. Casallco, ridden by David Will; and Chacciana by Chacco-Blue, ridden by Wiljan Laarakkers.
Third place went to Dicco Star PS, OS, born in 2022, by Diablue PS out of Chacstara by Chacco-Blue, bred and trained by Gestüt Lewitz, with Anouk Vos.
OS Championship for Five-Year-Old Show Jumpers, Special Show Jumping Class M*:
In the OS Championship for five-year-old show jumpers, a special show jumping class at the M* level, the licensed Diacarijo PS, born in 2021, by Diablue PS out of Chacarija PS by Chacoon Blue, bred and trained by Gestüt Lewitz, took the lead in the field with Patrick Stühlmeyer. His dam, Chacarija PS, was herself successful up to 1.40 meters.
The silver medal went to the also licensed O’Hero PW, OS, born in 2021, by Ogano Sitte out of El./StPrSt. Jella by Last Man Standing, bred and trained by Peter Wendeln, and ridden by Kai Thomann. O’Hero PW was licensed. His dam, Jella, was the champion mare at the 2015 Elite Mare Show in Rastede.
The bronze medal went to Chacento Blue PS, OS, born in 2021, by Charino out of London’s Centa by Carembar de Muze, bred and trained by Gestüt Lewitz, ridden by Rene Sontag. His dam, London’s Centa, is highly successful up to the S* level in show jumping.
OS Championship for Six-Year-Old Show Jumpers, M**-Level Jumping Competition:
The OS Champion among the six-year-old show jumpers is Virginia, OS, born in 2020, by Chacoon Blue out of OSHPr Vivian by Vivant van de Heffinck, bred by: Harm Oncken, Sande; owner: Isabel Gomez Gonzalez, Steinfeld; ridden by Colombian Ruben Arroyave Munoz. Her dam, Vivian, has already produced two Oldenburg Grand Premium mares: Valentina by Chacfly PS and the prospect Valencia Blue by Chaccothage Blue.
The runner-up was Lulo Juice, OS, born in 2020, by Balou du Rouet out of Annette by Widolan, bred by: Breeding Association Arbouin & Umana, Dickel; Owners: BG Munoz Arroyave, Ruben, and Gomez Isabel, also with Ruben Arroyave Munoz. Annette gave birth to eight S-level successful offspring, including Balounito by Balou du Rouet, who placed in 1.60 m competitions, and Tailormade Lawito by Landgold, a winner at the S level.
Bronze went to Vaiana WW, OS, born in 2020, by Vagabond de la Pomme out of Libell by Landjonker (Fruhling), bred and owned by Wilhelm Winkeler, Herzlake, and Wilhelm Winkeler. Libell herself placed in intermediate-level show jumping competitions. Her son, Maximus by Mylord Carthago, has placed in international S** show jumping competitions.
