At the CSI***** Calgary, in addition to My Ferrari’s victory, there were some fantastic top placings for the Oldenburg horses to celebrate.
Chacco Blue Star, OS, born 2015, by Chacco-Blue out of Pia Mira by Quick Star, bred by: Lewitz Stud, Owner: William Simpson, USA, and Brooks Hull from the USA placed tenth in an S* show jumping class. Pia Mira is also the dam of Carequicka by Caressini L, who has placed at the international S* level, as well as Camira by Casio, an S* winner.
Contago, OS, born 2011, by Cornet Obolensky out of Cassandra by Cassini II – Landkaiser – Perser xx, breeder: Wilfried Sandmann, Hüven, owner: David and Monica Garza, Mexico, placed ninth in a 1.50 m jumping competition under the Mexican rider Eugenio Garza Perez. His dam, Cassandra, produced three other show jumpers successful at 1.40 m and higher, including Auktionike and the 1.60 m star Quintini by Quintender for Max Wachman.
Conthoblue PS, OS, born 2012, by Conthargos out of Suchess by Chaco Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Andrea Matesick, USA, secured fifth place with the American rider Andrea Matesick in an S* show jumping class. His dam, Suchess, herself placed highly in intermediate-level show jumping. Her son, Cocoblue by Contendros, is also successful in advanced-level show jumping, as is Conchado by Conthargos, who has placed at the 1.60 m level.
Diaroubet, OS, born in 2012, by El.H. Diarado out of Baldorra by Baloubet du Rouet, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: San Francisco Stables LLC, placed sixth and eighth in two S*** show jumping competitions under Luis Fernando Larrazabal.
Emerlon, OS, born 2017, by Emerald van het Ruytershof out of Cassinis Toulonia by Toulon, breeder: Henning Kranz, Rethem, owner: Chansonette Farm LLC, USA, was awarded silver and bronze in two S*** show jumping classes with American rider Lillie Keenan.
My Ferrari, OS, by Mylord Carthago out of El./St.Pr.St. Landora by Landor S, breeder: Gerd Sosath, owner: Sahana Ganesan, and Sahana Ganesan from the USA, flew to victory in an S* show jumping class. Landora also produced the licensed and S-level successful Casirus by Casiro I, ridden by Gerd Sosath, as well as Casino Berlin by Caspar, ridden by Hendrik Sosath. Landora gave birth to the licensed and successful in advanced show jumping Casino Berlin by Caspar, Casirus by Casiro I, and the OSHPrSt. Londina by Lordanos.
