The Oldenburg show jumpers celebrated further major victories and top placings at five-star events in Canada and France this weekend.
CSI***** Calgary, Canada
Baretino PS, OS, born in 2015, by Baloubet du Rouet out of Stakkaretina by Stakkatol, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Ashlynn Crowley and John Jamieson, Canada, and Carly Campbell-Cooper placed tenth in a 1.45 m class.
Cape Town, born in 2015, by elite stallion Casallco out of Chacco's Gladdy by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Patricio Pasquel, Mexico, flew to victory under Australian rider Rowan Willis in a 1.45 m class. His full brother Casalltano PS is internationally placed at four-star level with Samuel Hutton, while dam Chacco's Gladdy was herself successful in advanced classes.
Cashstar, OS, born in 2015, by elite stallion Casallco out of Chamietta by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Jaime Azcarraga, Mexico, finished fourth and fifth in two 1.50 m classes with Mexico’s Gonzalo Azcarraga.
Chacoon S Konzerta PS, OS, born in 2017, by Chacoon Blue out of Conthiara by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Daniel Rihan, Mexico, and Mexican rider Daniel Riha secured ninth and thirteenth places in two 1.45 m classes.
Contago, OS, born in 2011, by Cornet Obolensky out of Cassandra by Cassini II – Landkaiser – Perser xx, breeder: Wilfried Sandmann, Hüven, owner: David and Monica Garza, Mexico, impressed under Mexico’s Eugenio Garza Perez with bronze and sixth place in 1.50 m classes. Dam Cassandra also produced three further show jumpers successful at 1.40 m level and above, including former auction horse and 1.60 m star Quintini by Quintender, ridden by Max Wachman.
Diareno Blue PS, OS, born in 2017, by Diaron out of Charena by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Luis Carlos Delgado Joseph, Mexico, excelled in a 1.50 m class with Mexican rider Juan Pablo Gaspar Albanez. Half-brother Tailormade Cabluevara PS by Cartogran is also successful at advanced level.

Chacco's Lawito PS, OS, born in 2015, by Chacco-Blue out of Lawitouna by Lawito, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Lozar SAS, Italy, and Riccardo Pisani finished fourth in a 1.50 m class.
Chageorge, OS, born in 2015, by Chacco-Blue out of Savanna by Sanvaro, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Lara Tryba, France, impressed with French rider Lara Tryba, placing ninth in a 1.45 m class.
Chakkalou PS, OS, born in 2014, by Chacco Lover out of Staklana by Stakkatol, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owners: Patricio Pasquel, Maria Pasquel Poo and Patricio Pasquel P, Mexico, finished twelfth in a 1.50 m class with Patricio Pasquel.
Chatolinue PS, OS, born in 2013, by Chacco Lover out of Stanezza by Stakkatol, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Karlswood Partners, Ireland, and Cian O’Connor celebrated bronze with the Irish team in the Nations Cup, a five-star competition, and finished fourth in the Grand Prix of La Baule, a 1.60 m class. Dam Stanezza also produced the advanced-level successful Continezzo PS by Continental Blue.
Conbalthago PS, OS, born in 2014, by Contendros out of Gwenda Louba by Baloubet du Rouet, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Team Equest Pty Ltd., Netherlands, finished fifteenth in a 1.50 m class under Oliver Lazarus. Gwenda Louba also produced the advanced-level successful Conlouba by Contendros, Duobin by Diarado and Contilouthago PS by Continental Blue.
Eddy Blue, OS, born in 2012, by Eldorado van de Zeshoek out of Chanita by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Carol A. Sollak, USA, impressed under Darragh Kenny, helping the Irish team secure bronze in the Nations Cup, a 1.60 m competition.
Gangster WW, OS, born in 2016, by Grand Slam out of Candela by Kannan, breeder: Wilhelm Winkeler, Herzlake, owner: Fiona Hall and Luke Dee, New Zealand, and New Zealand rider Luke Dee finished fifteenth in a 1.50 m class. Dam Candela herself competed successfully at advanced level.
Miss Paris, OS, born in 2014, by Messenger out of Paspertina by Caspar, breeder: Tailormade Horses ApS, Denmark, owner: Team Equest Pty Ltd., Netherlands, jumped to eighth place in a 1.45 m class under Oliver Lazarus. Her half-brothers Chattano by Chacco-Blue and Tailormade Chac Blue by Chac Boy are also successful at advanced level.
Vivolenska, OS, born in 2013, by Vivant van de Heffinck out of Corpalia by Cornet Obolensky, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: SAS PLCB, France, finished thirteenth in the Grand Prix of La Baule, a 1.60 m class, and fourteenth in a 1.50 m class with France’s Charlotte Leoni.
