Alongside former auction horse Caluna OLD U.P., Emelie van de Mirania Stam also played a key role in securing the bronze medal for the German Nations Cup team at the CSIO*** in Drammen, Norway, thanks to two faultless rounds.
Caluna OLD U.P., born in 2012, by Calido I out of elite mare Luna by Lord Pezi – Beach Boy, breeder: Tanja Lasarzik, Lünne, owner: U.P. Sporthorses GmbH, impressed under Johanna Kühl with a clear round in her first Nations Cup appearance, a 1.50 m class. Together with the German team, the pair claimed bronze. Caluna OLD changed ownership at the 2017 Summer Mixed Sales. She is the dam of Vogue by Vagabond de la Pomme, who is already highly successful at advanced level. Her dam Luna was herself an international advanced-level winner under Michael Cristofoletti.
Campsite PS, OS, born in 2018, by Continental Blue out of Eldograna by Eldorado van de Zeshoek, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Michaels & Beerbaum GmbH, and Finland’s Jone Illi led the lap of honour in a 1.40 m jumping class.
Chadera Rouge PS, OS, born in 2018, by Chacoon Blue out of Champs Rouge by Champs Elysees, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Michaels & Beerbaum GmbH, and Jone Illi celebrated silver in a 1.40 m class. Dam Champs Rouge also produced three further advanced-level successful horses: Cascavel by Calvaro Z, Carlson by Conthargos and Coralie by Cantolar.
Corlino PS, OS, born in 2016, by Cornet Obolensky out of Celine by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Dima AS, earned bronze in an advanced-level jumping class under Norway’s Benedikte Serigstad Endresen.
Emelie van de Mirania Stam, OS, born in 2012, by Emerald out of Phirania by Concorde – Rigoletto, breeder: Gestüt Appenriede, Winkelsett, owner: Annette Beckmann and Marcus Willem Stiekema, Löningen, impressed under Johanna Beckmann with two faultless rounds in the Nations Cup, a 1.50 m class, helping the German team secure the bronze medal.
Lavignon, born in 2009, by Lord Pezi out of Antalya by Andiamo – Prinz Miro, breeder: Alfons Brüggehagen, Cloppenburg, owner: Clemens Büscher, celebrated silver in a 1.45 m class with rider Fabienne Graefe. His sister Antille was internationally successful up to 1.50 m level under Patrick Nisbett.
