The excitement is building: The collection for the first Elite Foals Tournament Auction, held as part of the Oldenburg State Championships powered by DERBY in Höven, is now online.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, Oldenburger Pferde Vermarktungs GmbH will present
27 selected foals, including a pony foal, in an extraordinary setting combining top-level sport, championship atmosphere, and breeding excellence.
Even a first glance at the collection makes it clear: Here, modern top-class genetics meet proven performance lines. The sire list reads like a current who’s who of horse breeding. Alongside promising first-year crops by Donation PS, Fine Future, and Zauberer, there are offspring of sought-after sires whose progeny are already causing a stir at international competition venues and licensing shows.
The dam lines are equally impressive. The collection brings together foals from families of internationally successful show jumpers and dressage horses, including direct connections to World Champion Cumano, Spruce Meadows winner Darry Lou, and numerous sport horses successful at the highest level. High-performing mare lines featuring Grand Prix winners, licensed stallions, and show jumpers successful at the 1.60-meter level define the selection and underscore the high standards of this collection.
In keeping with the premiere venue in Höven, the latest rising stars of Oldenburg breeding will take center stage at an event that uniquely blends tradition and the future. While the best young horses of the year compete for championship titles, the talents of tomorrow will showcase themselves to an international audience from the worlds of sport, breeding, and investment.
