An Oldenburg horse also took the top spot at the “DERBY Stars of Tomorrow” Tour stop held as part of the Pferd International tournament in Munich.
Force Majeure by Fürstenball – Sir Donnerhall, ridden by Yara Reichert, secured victory in the qualifying class and was also the best Oldenburg horse in the competition.
The successful gelding was bred by Gestüt Lewitz. Yara Reichert is both the owner and rider.
Force Majeure comes from an extremely successful family: His half-brother Harmony’s Fado by Fairytale is currently competing successfully at the four-star level in Wellington under Michael Klimke. His full sister Forza RS2 has also already established herself in the advanced class and has successfully entered the sport under Marieke van der Putten. The licensed stallion San Schufro by Don Schufro also comes from the same line.
As part of the “DERBY Stars of Tomorrow” series, the best Oldenburg horse is given special recognition at each qualifier. The goal is to specifically highlight the quality and performance of Oldenburg horses in junior Grand Prix competition.
The next qualifier in the series will take place on May 28 at Hof Bernadotte.
The Oldenburg Association extends its warmest congratulations to Yara Reichert and Gestüt Lewitz on this outstanding success in Munich.
