As part of the CSIO*** in Lier, Belgium, Millfield Quickstep triumphed in the Grand Prix. Alongside further outstanding top placings, Oldenburg show jumpers also impressed at the CSI**** Bourg en Bresse in France.
CSIO* Lier:**
Charleston - H, OS, born in 2017, by elite stallion Comme il faut out of Zanta Z by Zandor – Capitol I – Caletto II, breeder: Karel Cox Horses BV, Belgium, owner: Johannes Heinrichs, impressed under Belgium’s Roy van Beek with sixth place in a 1.50 m class and eleventh in the Grand Prix, a 1.50 m class. Dam Zanta Z herself was successful at advanced level under Katharina Offel.
Conterno-Blue PS, OS, born in 2014, by Conmiro out of Chaccoola by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Alejandro Martin Del Campo, Mexico, finished fourth in a 1.45 m class with Ireland’s Denis Lynch.
Millfield Quickstep, OS, born in 2015, by Quiwi Dream out of Nizza VII by Cassini I, breeder: Millfield Stud, Great Britain, owner: Millfield Stud, Great Britain, and ridden by Britain’s William Whitaker, excelled in the Grand Prix, a 1.50 m class, and also earned bronze in a 1.45 m class. Nizza VII also produced, in combination with Quantum, the advanced level successful Queenly Choice as well as the equally advanced level successful Quidam’s Quintero by Quidam de Revel.
Stardust, OS, born in 2010, by Chacco-Blue out of elite mare Ginny Air by Con Air – Concetto, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein and Peter Charles, Great Britain, impressed under Sienna Charles with the British team, winning silver in the Nations Cup. Her son Instead by Centadel has also celebrated international success in advanced level classes.
CSI** Bourg en Bresse:**
Casa Lady Love PS OLD, OS, born in 2015, by elite stallion Casallco out of Con Lady Blue by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Bertrand Darier, Switzerland, celebrated silver in a 1.50 m class with Colombia’s Rene Lopez Lizarazo. Casa Lady Love PS OLD also produced the licensed stallion Colman’s Loverboy PS by Contagio. Her dam Con Lady Blue has already produced several sport-successful offspring.
Diarons’s Lady PS, OS, born in 2017, by Diaron out of Chaccoola by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: S.A.S. Compagnie De Saint Cyr, France, and ridden by France’s Romain Dreyfus, won silver in a 1.40 m class. With Conterno-Blue PS by Conmiro, Chaccoola has also produced an offspring placed up to 1.60 m level.
