Dressage:

At the CDI*** in Exloo, Netherlands, the exceptional mare led the lap of honour in both the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Special.

Zantana RS2 OLD, born in 2014, by elite stallion Glock’s Zonik N.O.P. out of elite mare Sondra by Sir Donnerhall I, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Jacques Lemmens and Saskia Lemmens-Reijnen, Netherlands, and ridden by Marieke van der Putten, danced to victory in both the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Special. Elite mare Zantana is, among others, the dam of the licensed and advanced level successful stallions Fürst Zonik PS by elite stallion Fürstenball and Debutant PS OLD by Deparon, who has already caused a sensation three times at the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf. Her daughter, elite mare Secret Zone PS by Secret, produced the two licensed stallions Grey Tonic by Grey Flanell and Epic Zone PS by Escanto PS, both currently in the spotlight. Zantana’s dam, elite mare Sondra, also produced the licensed stallions Total U.S. by elite stallion Totilas, Zaid by elite stallion Zonik, Dante U.S. by elite stallion Dante Weltino OLD and Lamborghini U.S. by Lord Europe. With Gossip Girl and Great Gatsby PS, both by Grey Flanell, as well as Zaid, three more of her offspring are currently successful at advanced level. In addition to her daughter Zantana RS2 OLD, Dandra PS by elite stallion Dante Weltino OLD has also achieved elite mare status as the dam of two licensed stallions.

Show Jumping:

Oldenburg show jumpers once again demonstrated their international class last weekend. With victories around the world and numerous podium finishes, the horses impressed across the board.

CSI*** Monterrey, Mexico:

Bordeaux, OS, born in 2012, by Centadel out of Cajandra’s Girl by Contefino, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: David Bustillos, USA, and ridden by Mexico’s Carlos Rodolfo Molina Gordillo, won a puissance class. Granddam Cajandra is none other than the dam of Conthargos. She produced four advanced level successful horses: Afrika by Converter, Champion for One by Champion For Pleasure, Dumbledore by elite stallion Diarado and Vivathago PS by Vivant van de Heffinck.

Chabura, OS, born in 2014, by Chaccato out of Chaccato by Codec, breeder: Verena Göhrs, Steinfeld, owner: Carlos Enrique, Mexico, impressed under Carlos Enrique Haghenbeck Morales with a bronze placing in a 1.40 m class.

Chacolvido PS, OS, born in 2016, by Chacoon Blue out of Calvida by Calvaro Z, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Gestüt Lewitz, placed ninth in a 1.40 m class with Patricio Pasquel P. Half-brother Melaro OLD by Messenger has celebrated victories up to 1.45 m level under Patrick Stühlmeyer.

Chakkalou PS, OS, born in 2014, by Chacco Lover out of Staklana by Stakkatol, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Patricio Pasquel, Maria Pasquel Poo, Patricio Pasquel P, Mexico, and ridden by Patricio Pasquel, secured eighth place in a 1.50 m class and ninth in the ***** Grand Prix.

Cornet S Shutterfly PS, OS, born in 2018, by Cornet Obolensky out of Contharga Fly by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Andres Torres Hernandez, Mexico, impressed with fourth place in a 1.45 m class under Andres Torres Hernandez.

Delicias SDN, OS, born in 2015, by Qualdandro out of Chaciente by Chacco-Blue, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Secretaria de la Defensa Nacional, Mexico, finished seventh in a 1.45 m class with Manuel Gonzalez Dufrane. Dam Chaciente herself was successful up to 1.45 m level.

Montissima PS, OS, born in 2017, by Messenger out of Contissima by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Gestüt Lewitz, placed seventh in a 1.50 m speed class under Brazil’s Felipe Amaral. Dam Contissima also produced Qualtissima PS by Qualdandro, full sister Messtharga PS and Chatissima PS by Chacoon Blue, all of whom have achieved placings at advanced level.

Santa Rosa Du Lys, OS, born in 2017, by Cornet du Lys out of Conthina by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Proyectos Agricolas SA de CV, Mexico, finished fourth in the Grand Prix, a 1.45 m class, and fifth in another 1.45 m class under Carlos Rodolfo Molina Gordillo. Dam Conthina produced the licensed stallion Chaccothage Blue PS as well as another licensed son by Chacoon Blue. Chacoothargos PS OLD by Chacoon Blue and Chanaga PS by Chacco-Blue are also successful at advanced level.

Stakato Cornet, OS, born in 2015, by Cornet Obolensky out of Chiarastakkata by Stakkato, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Ashland Farms, USA, placed tenth in a 1.50 m class under Francisco Goyoaga Mollet. In combination with Chacco Lover, dam Chiarastakkata produced the 1.40 m successful Chaccato PS.

Vivant Comedy PS, OS, born in 2015, by Vivant van de Heffinck out of Contograna Gold by Conthargos, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: Miguel Angel Torres Hernandez, Mexico, and ridden by Andres Torres Hernandez, finished seventh in a 1.40 m class. His full brother Viverter PS is also successful at advanced level.

CSI** Montefalco, Italy:

Baloys PS, OS, born in 2015, by Baloubet du Rouet out of Centula by Centadel, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, owner: GBBS International Ltd, Ireland, shone with bronze in the Grand Prix, a 1.55 m class, under Spain’s Manuel Fernandez Saro. Sister Cindra by C-Ingmar is placed at 1.40 m level.

Oak Grove’s Big Blue, OS, born in 2018, by Balou du Rouet out of state premium mare Wellcome by Corlensky G, breeder: Harm Oncken, Sande, owner: Gestüt Eichenhain GmbH, impressed with silver in a 1.45 m class under David Will. Half-brother Converlensky by Conthargos was licensed and is also successful at advanced level. Both of these, along with three other offspring of Wellcome, were sold for top prices at the Oldenburg Horse Centre in Vechta.
