At the international Horses & Dreams tournament held at Hof Kasselmann, the Oldenburg Foal Auction once again proved to be a special highlight of this prestigious event. A select collection drew great interest from an international audience.
The top price went to Lot No. 11, Estobar by Escamillo – Floriscount – Stedinger, bred by Breeder’s House Kleen, Bad Zwischenahn, which was sold for 39,000 euros to loyal Oldenburg customers from Poland. The stallion prospect, with his powerful movement, impresses with great potential. His sire Escamillo, a decorated medalist at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses, stands for modern rideability and dynamism.
Auch die Mutterlinie lässt keine Wünsche offen: Die Mutter ist Schwester der Oldenburger Siegerstute 2022 Benice v. Benefit, die dritte Mutter ist eng verwandt mit dem Grand Prix-erfolgreichen Dandelion OLD unter Uta Gräf. Aus dem Stamm der Uthoba stammen zudem internationale Spitzenpferde wie Gut Wettlkam’s Stand by me OLD/Lisa Müller, Sandro Boy/Lyndal Oatley (AUS) und Olympiapferd Jimmie Choo/Mads Hendeliowitz (SWE). Bereits seine Brüder sorgten auf internationalen Auktionen für Aufmerksamkeit.
Im Springlot setzte sich Kat.-Nr. 17 Eminence v. Emerald van het Ruytershof – Cornet Obolensky – Lupicor, Z.: ZG Savels und Menke, Lengerich, an die Spitze. Für 15.000 Euro wechselte das talentierte Springfohlen den Besitzer und wurde an einen renommierten deutschen Springstall zugeschlagen. Die genetische Kombination bewährter Leistungsträger verspricht beste Perspektiven für den Parcours.
A total of 20 elite foals were auctioned, six of which were sold abroad. Total sales amounted to 281,500 euros, with an average price of 14,075 euros.
