Young show jumpers successful in Wellington
Chaco, OS, born 2007, by Chacco-Blue out of Lolande by Colander - Landadel, bred by Gestüt Lewitz, Germany, and owned by Maidensway, USA, and Rodrigo Pessoa from Brazil won a 1.40 m show jumping test. Granddam London gave birth to the international Grand Prix horses Centadel by Cento under Bastian Freese and Florian Meyer zu Hartum as well as Quilando by Quintender with Chantal Regter from the Netherlands.
Contina R, OS, born 2008, by Contendro I out of Claire by Couleur Rubin - Argentinus, bred and owned by Bernd Riehm, Weil der Stadt, Germany, took bronze in a 1.40 m show jumping test with Markus Beerbaum in the saddle. Dam Claire was successful at advanced level show jumping tests with Sven Schlüsselburg and also gave birth to Cicero by Caspar, who won ribbons in 1.40 m show jumping tests under Andy Witzemann. Granddam Piolina is the dam of three advanced level show jumpers. Great-Granddam Piola by Pik Bube produced with Argentinus the international show jumper Argentina under Johannes Ehning.
Lord Calador, born 2010, by Lordanos out of Konstanze by Chacco-Blue, bred by Gerd Wieker, Ganderkesee, Germany, and owned by Melissa Bilodeau, USA, won a show jumping class for seven-year-old horses under his rider Todd Minikus. Lord Calador was discovered by Melissa Bilodeau at the Winter Mixed Sales Auction 2013 in Vechta. Dam Konstanze is successful up to the biggest show jumping classes under Alison Robitaille. Granddam Kurfürstin also gave birth to the advanced level show jumpers Colandor by Concetto under Jörg Feyler, Lion D’or by Lordanos with Katharina Rhomberg in the saddle and Carthagena by Cornet Obolensky, bronze medal winner at the World Championships for six-year-old show jumpers 2012, and now international successful under the Ukrainian Oleg Krasyuk.
